Your name and information will not be shared with anyone outside of your primary contact.
Reasons to request assistance include but are not limited to:
Food insecurity
Medications
Doctors appointments
Transportation
Housing

We will do our best to assist you in any way we can.
Each request is reviewed by our board. We do not disburse cash to recipients. All funds will be sent directly to service needed. All services are contingent on the availability of funds.
Unfortunately we cannot provide services to those under the age of 18. Reach out and we may be able to connect you with the proper service.
