The Cape and Islands Trans Resource Fund (CITRF) is a small group of transgender people and allies. Our goal is to empower transgender and gender non-conforming individuals on Cape Cod and the Islands by providing direct financial assistance for critical needs such as housing, utilities, food security, and essential living expenses. We also provide resources to other agencies and trans-competent medical & mental health providers.
